Cobra Workwear is a workwear and uniform supplier. As in-house designer, I owned the full visual output of the brand across web, print, email, and digital - from concept through to production.

Implementation of consistent proofing for all clients was the original scope of the role, to reduce customer dissatisfaction and return rates. The template was outdated and the order process needed refining.
Email marketing
Email signatures across the business were inconsistent, resulting in an unprofessional, untrustworthy impression for sales staff when approaching potential clients.
Website overhaul
The existing brand leaned heavily on a single accent colour across all assets, creating a visual identity that felt flat and limited in its ability to scale across different mediums. The website in particular needed a strategic rethink — both visually and structurally — to support growth in organic traffic and improve user engagement.
Solution
Print & production
Coordinated production of print-ready files across a range of materials, working to tight deadlines. Reduced proofing turnaround from 5 days to 2 by streamlining the internal review process, onboarding new embroidery digitisers, and establishing a brand style guide to reduce revision cycles.
Email marketing
Designed and hand-coded HTML email templates that were mobile-responsive and spam filter-compliant, improving deliverability and click-through performance. Managed campaign design end-to-end, from layout to deployment.
Website overhaul
Proposed and led a full redesign of the company website, including a deliberate rebalancing of the brand palette. Recognising that the existing orange was strong as an accent but overwhelming as a dominant colour, I repositioned it as a highlight against a charcoal base already present in the logo. This gave the site a more premium, modern feel while maintaining brand continuity. Designed and delivered all web banners, graphic elements, icons, and supporting assets across the redesign while learning HTML and CSS to better understand the systems in place.
