A self-initiated poster series created in early 2022, inspired by a selection of songs by Frederic, a Japanese musical group.
Concept
Each poster translates a song's mood and title into a purely visual language, within the constraints of vintage lithographic stamp design. I worked with a limited colour palette, flat geometric forms, and Japanese typography. The restriction of working within these constraints was intentional: rather than illustrating the music literally, the goal was to capture emotional tone through composition, colour relationship, and shape.
